Read Charles Portis, Damn It

A couple of days late to this, but here’s a nice dispatch from a rare and recent public appearance by Charles Portis. Portis is usually lumped into the “greatest authors you’ve never read” category, but in this case the praise is completely warranted (unless you’ve read him, in which case he’s just one of the greatest authors).
