Senator Kit Bond (R-MO) will retire next year after spending nearly a quarter century in the upper chamber, but if this video is any indication he is already running out the clock. Because, seriously, could he have made LESS of an effort on this thing? He could have made a big doody in the middle of the floor, pointed to it, and said, “See that?
