Islands, "The Weekend"

If you have recently seen an older man shuffling slowly around town with earphones in, looking for all the world as if he is trying rather hard to keep from bursting into tears, then you have seen me listening to Islands’ “Umbrellas,” from Taste, one of their two new albums. Here is another song from Taste which I am happy to recommend since this one does not make me want to die every time I hear it — unlike “Umbrellas,” which is just a very sad, sad song.
