“This installment of Venue brings together musician Shigeto and the fine artist and designer Michael Cina within a performance of the song ‘Do My Thing’ from the recording artist’s recent EP entitled Intermission…. The kinetic paintings featured in the film’s LED installation, built by set design team Maxrelax, were created by Michael Cina at his Minneapolis studio and captured in a series of video pieces that were then scored live to Shigeto’s performance by the visual designer EFFIXX.”
