Emails Perplexing

“The potential for email misfires between bosses and subordinates is mounting, as the volume of email grows and more people read it on the fly on mobile devices. Sometimes the boss is too rushed to read. Employees fuel the problems by sending poorly written emails. Deeper issues can arise if bosses’ and employees’ communication styles clash.”
— At first I was thinking to myself, “Oh no, this problem will only get worse as millennials flood the workplace, because we all know the only thing millennials like more than writing essays about their emotions is getting a constant stream of unambiguous praise from their superiors,” but then I realized that millennials don’t use email anyway, so whatever kind of issue this is right now, it is going to die out with those of us whose formative memories are of something other than “Hey Arnold!”
