Bat For Lashes, "Laura"

Britain’s Bat for Lashes returns with the first single from her new album The Haunted Man, which is due in October and has a cover image that’s sort of an homage to Annie Leibovitz’s famous shot of John Lennon and Yoko Ono. It sounds like she may have been listening to Kate Bush and Perfume Genius in the three years since her last album. Whatever it was, it sure worked. Because this song is amazingly beautiful.
